Important Notice to IUCMA Customers Regarding Incorrect DWS Statements

The Inkomati-Usuthu Catchment Management Agency (IUCMA) would like to inform all customers within the Catchment Management Area (CMA) that some customers have erroneously received CMA statements issued by the Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS).

The DWS has confirmed that the issue was caused by a system error.

Affected customers are kindly requested to disregard the incorrectly issued DWS CMA statements and only consider NWRI statements issued by the department.

IUCMA sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused and assures customers that corrective measures are currently being implemented to resolve the matter.

We thank all customers for their understanding and cooperation.
