Annual 2025-26 Tariff Consultations

The Inkomati-Usuthu Catchment Management Agency (IUCMA) is mandated to convene a process of tariff determination of water use charges for the catchment in terms of section 57(1) and (2) of the National Water Act 36 of 1998 read paragraph 6.3 of the Pricing Strategy for Raw Water Use Charges published under Government notice No.201 of 16 March 2007 in Government Gazette No. 29697. The process of determination requires extensive and engaged public participation to be convened by the IUCMA as per section 80(e) of the National Water Act 36 of 1998.
