Theme: Enhancing Resilience and Water Governance in Transboundary River Basins
The River and Environmental Management Cooperation (REMCO) initiative brings together South Africa, Eswatini, and Mozambique to strengthen cooperation in managing shared water resources in the Incomati and Maputo River Basins.
The 8th International REMCO Conference will be held in Maputo City, hosting over 150 delegates from across Africa and Europe. The event will feature sessions on Women and Youth in Water, digital cooperation, early warning systems, and sustainable transboundary water management.
There is no registration fee, and all stakeholders — including water users, NGOs, and academics — are invited to participate.
